Magnet Management is a premiere management company that defines itself by working as a team to passionately advocate for our clients and productions.

Founded by Partners Jennie Frisbie, Zach Tann, and Bob Sobhani, we are fueled by our relentless drive to attract the best artists in entertainment and help our clients realize—even exceed—their personal goals.

Partner Chris Mills heads up the TV division, where, along with colleagues Chris Emerson and Jennie Frisbie, MAGNET has set up a number of script deals and client-created shows, as well as placed writers, directors and producers at almost every major studio and network.

PULL PICTURES is the MAGNET production arm, working in partnership with producer Mitch Solomon, whose experience spans over fifteen years in both development and production.

Recently, MAGNET jumped head-first into talent management with the addition of Daniel Pancotto, who guides the careers of a number of working artists in Television, Film and all forms of Media. And with Jon Kanak joining the MAGNET team, our list of international writers and directors has grown exponentially.

But if the lines blur between the divisions, it is by-design. We at MAGNET work collectively for our clients and for one another. We maintain our relevance by balancing passion with pragmatism, always encouraging clients to pursue what they love while remaining fiercely practical about each artist’s best career options.

When an aspiring writer is able to quit his day job to write full time; when production closes on a client’s film that we fought to get off the ground; when an opportunity is created for a client to work with an artist she has long admired: those are the moments that remind us that we have that rare luxury of working with clients we truly believe in.
